Good article, Craig. To me, it covered all the bases and I didn't find anything negative. I took the liberty of posting it on our group's FB page. Besides using it myself, I feel that it will help others in our group have a clearer understanding of strike training. I've been harping lately about the importance of engraining a technique. As your article covers, this is done by repetitions. I did enjoy you echoing 10,000 reps, which is the goal I attempt to set in the group for their personal development. Good job, again. Keep'em coming, brother.
